Sor Ynez is excited to welcome you to a rare evening featuring Mexican wine and Winemakers, and importers from La Compentencia Imports.  Chef Alexis Tellez has composed a three-course menu of foods from his Mexico homeland to pair with wines from the fashionable regions of Guadalupe and Baja California. We’ll enjoy wines from producers El Bajio, Bodegas Henri Lurton, Palafox, and Adobe Guadalupe.  Meet the winemakers, learn why these wines are so special, and taste these delicious wines. Discover for yourself why these regions are deservedly popular, all while indulging in some of Chef Tellez’s favorite dishes such as Fluke Ceviche, Short Rib Birria, and more!
